Reflux Surgery
Reflux Surgery is a procedure to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) when medical management is insufficient. Surgical techniques, such as fundoplication, reinforce the lower esophageal sphincter to prevent acid reflux, alleviate symptoms, and prevent complications like esophagitis or Barrett’s esophagus.
