Meniscal Tears

Meniscal Tears involve injury to the cartilage in the knee that cushions and stabilizes the joint. Symptoms include pain, swelling, locking, or limited range of motion. Treatment may be non-surgical with physical therapy or surgical, such as meniscectomy or meniscus repair, depending on the severity and location of the tear.
