Herniated Discs

Herniated Discs occur when the soft inner material of a spinal disc protrudes through its outer layer, compressing nearby nerves. This can cause pain, numbness, or weakness in the back, neck, or limbs. Treatment ranges from physical therapy and medications to minimally invasive or open surgical procedures to relieve pressure.
