Endometriosis

Center of Excellence

Endometriosis Center at the Institute for Specialized Surgery is dedicated to the diagnosis and management of endometriosis and related pelvic disorders. Our team of gynecologic surgeons, pain specialists, and reproductive health experts uses advanced imaging, minimally invasive surgical techniques, and evidence-based therapies to provide comprehensive care.

Endometriosis affects millions of women and can cause chronic pelvic pain, infertility, and a variety of gastrointestinal or urinary symptoms. Many patients experience overlapping conditions such as adenomyosis, pelvic adhesions, or hormonal imbalances, making specialized, multidisciplinary care essential. At the Endometriosis Center, we develop personalized treatment plans aimed at relieving pain, preserving fertility, and improving quality of life.

What is endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus, causing pain, inflammation, and sometimes infertility.
Patients experiencing chronic pelvic pain, painful periods, or fertility challenges may benefit from evaluation. Your specialist will assess symptoms, imaging, and medical history to recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
Treatment may include medications, hormonal therapies, minimally invasive surgery, or a combination of approaches. Individualized care plans are developed to relieve pain, improve fertility when desired, and enhance overall quality of life.
